This is the finest Ramen the world has ever seen. I mean it's fantastic, like super tasty. When you order they even ask if you want your noodles soft, normal or firm. This is the Tonkotsu Ramen. Mmm...
If you go there's always a line, so try and go early or late for either lunch or dinner. But if you're in Tokyo you gotta go.
So, if you're asking why its so good, well, everything about it really. The broth is fantastic, makes you crazy thirsty but it's just packed with tasty porky flavor. Just go and see for yourself.
And if you're adventurous try this one, it's the Cheese Ramen. And it too, is just too damn tasty. Granted it's very very different than anything you normally expect out of a bowl of Ramen but give it a chance, it's really worth it.
